Meliha OKUR

She started journalism in 1981 in the economic service of the National Press Agency. Meliha Okur, who later wrote hit news in Dünya Newspaper, also took part in the team that published Turkey's first stock market finance magazine, Para. Okur, who worked in Sabah, Barometre and Doğan Group's economic publications, and stepped into TV journalism with the establishment of CNN Türk in 1997, paved the way for economic journalism on thematic channels in Turkey and drew the attention of the audience to economic news with her style of interpreting the news.

Okur, who adopts the slogan "Economy is not a collection of numbers and figures, but life itself", reports on every segment from producer to consumer, comments on economic news in the program 'BENDEN SÖYLEMESI' every Sunday at 11.15 on FOX TV.
