Ege Yay has been involved in the startup ecosystem since his high school years. He began his professional career in 2014 by managing the Turkish operations of Bolt (formerly known as Taxify) during its establishment phase. During this period, he worked closely with Markus Villig, who is now one of Europe's youngest billionaires today.

Following his tenure at Bolt, Ege completed his higher education in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at McGill University and Georgia Tech. After his studies, he worked in startups in the artificial intelligence ecosystem in Montreal, serving various sectors such as construction and consumer applications.

He later returned to Turkey to establish his own technology company, developing artificial intelligence solutions tailored to local market needs. During this period, he served as the Middle East partner for Megvii, one of the world's most valuable AI companies.

Currently, in Toronto, he is developing new startups with funding from Entrepreneur First, one of the leading startup accelerators, while closely following emerging technologies in the HVAC industry. ⇐ Back
